摘要 针对国内智能变电站继电保护现状,提出一种智能变电站继电保护架构,该架构将继电保护分为两个层次,现场就地安装的单间隔保护、MU和智能终端。预制舱安装的多间隔保护、站域级保护以及就地保护管控单元。就地安装的继电保护电缆直接采样、电缆跳闸,提高保护的安全可靠性;就地安装的MU和智能终端为站域保护、多间隔保护提供SV和GOOSE数据。保护管控单元为就地保护提供人机界面、状态监测等高级管理功能。该架构单间隔保护不依赖网络,多间隔保护数据点对点传输,站域保护依赖网络,解决了智能变电站光纤数量大、交换机多、保护环节增多导致可靠性降低的问题。 In view of the current situation of the relay protection in smart substations,this paper proposes an architecture of smart substation relay protection. The architecture divides the replay protection into two levels. The devices of the first level consist of the protection of the single-unit, MU and smart terminal device locally mounted. The devices of the second level consist of the multi-unit,domain-level protection and local protection and control units. The locally mounted relay Protection links the TV/TA and trips with cable to improve the safety and reliability of the relay protection while the locally mounted MU and smart terminal device provide SV and GOOSE data to the multi-unit protection and domain-level protection.The control unit of the protection provides human-machine interface,status monitoring and other advanced management functions. In the architecture,the single-unit protection does not rely on the network,and the multi-unit protection uses the point-to-point data transmission, and the domain protection relies on the network. The architecture helps to solve the problem of the reliability reduction attributed to too much fiber and too many switches needed and increased protection links.
