摘要
随着以分布式发电技术和电动汽车充换电为代表的用户侧接入技术的不断发展,建设满足分布式发电接入及电动汽车充换电实时响应需求的,具有环境友好型及用户交互性、网架坚强、自动化程度高的现代化智能配电网是未来配电网规划建设的方向。对影响未来智能配电网发展的关键技术进行了概述,并以上海城市电网为例,介绍了我国大都市城市配电网的现状特点。针对城市电网不同区域的可靠性和供电安全等级以及网架特点,提出针对性的规划解决方案。对城市电网的发展规划有一定的参考意义。
With constant development of the distributed generation technology and the user-side access technology as represented by electric vehicle charging, building a modern smart distribution grid which can satisfy the need for distributed generation access and real-time response to the electric vehicle charging has become the main trend in the planning and construction of future distribution grids. The grid should also be environmental-friendly,good in user interactivity,strong on network structure with a high degree of automation. This paper first introduces some key technologies that influence the deve-lopment of future distribution grids and then taking Shanghai Power Grid as an example,it explains the current status and characteristics of the distribution grids in major cities in China. Finally, considering the different reliabilities, power supply security levels and characters of the power grid in different city areas,the paper puts forwards the specific planning solution which is of some reference significance to the power network planning.
