摘要
随着智能电网的推进,储能电站在电力系统中的作用越来越不可忽视。环境问题和能源危机推动了分布式能源的发展,同时也推动了储能电站的发展和应用。文中介绍了不同的储能方式,分析了不同储能方式的特点,建立了电网侧和用户侧的经济效益指标和模型,最后通过实际算例的经济性评估表明:目前的技术条件和造价水平导致储能电站的经济性略低,只要降低单位容量的造价水平和提高储能的效率,储能电站可以达到市场化的投资回报率。
With the advance of smart grid construction,the role of energy storage power station in the power system becomes more and more important. Environmental issues and energy crisis promote the development of distributed energy,but also promote the development and application of energy storage power station. This paper describes the different storage patterns and analyzes the characteristics of different storage patterns,then respectively establishes economic indicators and the models of both the grid side and the user side. Finally the economic evaluations of practical examples show that the cur-rent technical conditions and cost levels of energy storage power station results in slightly lower economical benefits,but as long as we reduce the unit capacity cost and improve the energy storage efficiency,energy storage power station can reach the market ROI.
