摘要
宝泉抽水蓄能电站每台机组蜗壳上游进口段设置一台球阀。球阀在机组启动、运行期间起到截断和导通水流的作用,同时在水轮机导叶无法关闭时能够动水关闭,保障机组和地下厂房安全。对宝泉电站球阀的结构进行分析,掌握球阀枢轴轴套的结构及工作性能,并针对性地进行完善和改造,以提高球阀的整体安全运行可靠性。
Each unit of Baoquan pumped-storage plant has one inlet valve in the upstream of its spiral case. The inlet valve serves to block and adjust the water flow during the start-up and operation of the generating unit,and it closes itself completely to guarantee the unit safety under the huge water flow when the guide vanes are out of control. This paper analyzes the structure of the inlet valve and the inlet valve bush as well as the performance of the valve,and proposes the proper measures for reformation and improvement in an effort to upgrade the overall safety and reliability of the inlet valve.
