Research and Application of Relay Protection Predictive Diagnosis Maintenance Assistant Management System

为实现继电保护状态检修业务的集中化、一体化管理目标,阐述了继电保护状态检修的基本内容和辅助管理系统的组织结构,建立了状态评价的多级模糊评价模型,结合C#,ASP.NET、Web Service等相关技术,开发了继电保护状态检修辅助管理系统。管理系统通过试运行,成功实现了对继电保护状态检修的台帐管理、运行管理、检修校验管理、状态评价管理以及综合查询统计等功能,并取得了良好的效果。

In order to realize the centralization and integration management goal on the relay protection predictive diagnosis maintenance,this paper expounds the basic content of the relay protection predictive diagnosis maintenance and organization structure of the assistant management system,and establishes a multilevel fuzzy evaluation model for the state evaluation. Combined with C#,ASP.NET,Web Service and other related technology,an assistant management system for the relay protection predictive diagnosis maintenance is deve-loped. Through the trial operation,the management system is found to have realized the functions of the relay protection predictive diagnosis maintenance such as account management,operation management,maintenance and check management,state evaluation management, integrated query and statistics management with satisfactory results.
