摘要
"依法治校"、"依法治教"和"依法治学"是中国教育改革的未来发展方向,在法的视阈下,厘清中国教育发展历程是十分必要的,概括而言,可以把其历程分为五个阶段:弱法而教阶段、无法乱理阶段、有法而制阶段、有法而治阶段、法的精神阶段。用法的精神来发展中国的教育应该是未来的必然要求。
'Administering the university by law', 'Administering teaching by law' and Administering learning by law ' are the future of China's educational reform and development. It is necessary to clarify the course of China education development in terms of law. In general, the course can be divided into the following five stages: 1. teaching but weakening law 2. teaching without law 3. having law and controlled by law 4.having law and run by law 5. the spirit of law. Using the spirit of law to develop Chinese education should be the inevitable requirement in the future.
