摘要
为解决某矿薄煤层工作面沿空留巷的问题,对留巷覆岩运动特征以及所需支护阻力进行了理论分析,确定了支护体前期与后期支护阻力计算公式。对膏体胶结充填材料的配比及力学性能进行了实验探究,得到最优的材料配比。针对某矿薄煤层特征,确定了巷旁充填体宽度为1.5m,并优化了充填系统,通过留巷后期矿压监测,预留巷道变形量较小,满足工程应用要求,充填体支护阻力较大,可以保持长期稳定,留巷效果良好。
To solve the problem of gob-side entry retaining in thin coal seam face,analyzed characteristics of overlying strata movement and its support resistance,and determined the calculation formula of the early and late stage of support. Through the exploration of the ratio and mechanical properties of paste filling material,it get the optimal ratio of material cement. In view of the characteristics of a thin coalseam,it confirmed the gateside pack width of 1. 5m and optimize the filling system,by the late of ground pressure monitoring,the deformation of the pre-set laneway is small,which meet the requirement of engineering application,and this gateside pack' s support resistance is larger and can maintain a longterm stability,the effect of roadway retained is good.
