回采巷道融合主成分稳定性模型及应用

摘要 为研究影响围岩稳定的不同因素,建立了回采巷道融合主成分稳定性模型。研究表明:围岩稳定的强度指标由4个因素构成且均是效益型,而应力指标由3个因素构成且均属于成本型。第1主成分所包含的信息量超过90%,其数学表达式能够代表回采巷道围岩的综合稳定特性指数。用来优选某矿运输平巷的施工方案,锚杆注浆煤体且缩短煤柱宽度成为最佳方案。 To study the different factors influenced by surrounding rock of mining roadway,stability model of mining roadway surrounding rock combined with principal component is given. It is showed that: the strength index of surrounding rock stability is composed of four factors and belongs to the benefit,the stress index is composed of three factors and belongs to the cost. The first principal component has more than ninety percent of the total information,so its mathematical expression can wholly instead of comprehensive stability characteristic of mining roadway surrounding rock. To optimize the three technical construction plan of some coalmine convey roadway,the best is to anchor grout coal working slope so that section coal pillar is reduced.
