摘要
42盘区水仓底板为含遇水膨胀性矿物,硐室施工后底板裂隙中浸入大量的水。采用亲泥性注浆材料对水仓底板进行置换注浆加固,通过采用浅孔低压(3 MPa)与深孔中高压(5 MPa)插花式布置方式,置换充填了底板裂隙并形成隔水层,解决了水对泥岩水化破坏影响,加固了巷道围岩,保证了水仓的稳定。
The floor of sump in No. 42 panel contains expansibility mineral mudstone. Plenty of water immersed in the fracture of floor after chamber construction. Using marlaceous inorganic grouting material reinforced the floor of the sump,through adopting shallow hole in a low pressure( 3 MPa) and deep hole in a high pressure( 5MPa) alternated arrangement and replacing the fracture of the floor and formatting impermeable layer. Solved the influence of water damaged the mudstone,and reinforcing the surrounding rock of the roadway and guaranting the stability of the sump.
