摘要
采用大管状煤尘爆炸装置对挥发分已知的煤样进行煤尘爆炸性实验,研究结果表明:无爆炸性煤尘其挥发分<16%,<16%的煤尘超过1/3具有爆炸性。强爆炸性煤尘中,高以及特高挥发分煤尘占近90%,超过99%的中高挥发性煤尘具有爆炸性。发现了挥发分与火焰长度近似呈指数函数关系,火焰长度与抑制煤尘爆炸最低岩粉量近似呈对数函数关系。研究结果有助于理解煤尘爆炸性与挥发分的关系,为防尘抑爆提供基础数据。
Using large tubular coal dust explosive device to coal dust explosion which the coal volatile matter was k Nown. The results show that none explosive coal dust volatilization of less than 16%,the volatile is less than 16% of the coal dust in excess of 1 /3 have explosiveness. High and very high volatile coal accounts for nearly 90% in the strong explosiveness,more than 99% of the high volatile coal dust have explosiveness. Found that volatile exponential function relation with the flame length approximation,the flame length and the minimum amount of rock powder inhibiting explosion is approximately logarithmic function relationship. The results help to understand the relationships of coal dust explosion and volatile,also can provide basic data for dust suppression.
