摘要
为了研究钻孔抽采过程中煤层瓦斯的运移规律以及确定合理的抽采半径,基于煤体孔隙-裂隙双重介质的结构模型,建立了考虑吸附解吸的受载含瓦斯煤体瓦斯流动耦合方程。并实测鹤壁三矿二1煤层数值计算所需相关参数,采用COMSOL-Multiphysics数值模拟软件对钻孔周围的煤层瓦斯流动进行数值计算模拟,得到不同抽采时间内的有效半径,并根据模拟结果探讨了抽采负压对抽采效果的影响。最后通过模拟流量数据与现场实测流量数据的比较,两者结果基本一致,从而验证了数值模拟结果的正确性。
In order to study migration law of coal seam gas in the process of gas drainage and establish reasonable drainage radius,established gas flow coupled equations of loaded coal containing gas based on coal body structure model of pore-fracture dual media. Measured numerical parameters required of Hebi three mines two1 coal seam,numerical simulation to coal seam gas flow surrounding a borehole using COMSOLMultiphysics. Obtained effective radius at different drainage time and influence on drainage effect by suction drainage and drilling radius. Finally,by comparison of the flow data between calculated data and field data,the results are basically identical,Thus,verify the correctness of the numerical simulation results.
