Structural Design of New Walking Box on Shearer

采煤机行走箱中的行走轮轴拆卸困难,已成为目前采煤机设计的老大难问题。由于行走轮轴拆装困难,在更换导向滑靴或行走轮等零件时,增加了维修时间及维修成本,降低了采煤机的使用效率。通过分析查找出行走轮轴拆卸困难的原因,改进了现有设计结构,很好地解决了这一问题。

The disassembling difficulty of walking wheel axle in shearer walking has become a big problem for current shearer design. When replace the parts like guide shoes or walking wheels in the shearer,the dissembling difficulty increases the maintenance time and cost,and also reduces the efficiency in using shearer. Analyzes this disassembling problem and find out the reason,and improves the existing structure of the walking wheel axle and solved the problem.
