摘要
为了确保综采工作面乳化液泵站选型科学、合理,满足生产需要,以平煤股份八矿己15-13330采面为研究对象,结合采面开采条件和液压支架的技术参数,采用理论计算的方法,计算出所需泵站的压力、流量、功率和泵箱容积,并选择BRW400/31.5型乳化液泵和XR-WS2500A型乳化液箱作为该工作面乳化液泵站配套设备。
In order to ensure the emulsion pump type selection of fully mechanized face scientific,rational and meet production needs,Ji15- 13330 working face as object of study,the theoretical calculations method was used,calculated the pressure,flow,power,and capacity of the emulsion pump,and select BRW400 /31. 5 emulsion pump and XR- WS2500 A emulsion tank as the face emulsion pump equipment.
