摘要
针对下运带式输送机制动特点,基于DIN算法对制动工况下下运带式输送机张力的影响因素进行分析,得出了输送带主要阻力的分布对张力的重要作用。提出通过将制动托辊应用于下运带式输送机,可控调节输送带上分支主要阻力从而调节其制动过程中张力的分布。利用Recur Dyn建立输送带柔性动力学模型并进行张力仿真分析,结果表明采用制动托辊可以有效降低下运带式输送机关键点张力。
According to the braking characteristics of downward belt conveyor,analyses the influencing factors of tension of downward belt conveyor under braking condition based on DIN algorithm. And it get the result that the main resistance of belt has an important role to the conveyor belt tension. So proposed by applying the brake roller in downward belt conveyor,can control and regulate main resistance on the up- branch of conveyor belt and adjust tension distribution of conveyor belt in the braking process. Building the conveyor flexible kinetic model by Recur Dyn,and simulation analysing the tension of the model,the results show that the brake roller can effectively reduce the tension of the key points of downward belt conveyor.
