中硬无烟煤综放工作面煤层注水工艺及效果 被引量:1

摘要 针对中硬无烟煤综放工作面煤层注水降尘效果差的难题,在研究中硬无烟煤渗透规律的基础上,采取一定的注水技术措施,充分保证了中硬无烟煤综放工作面的降尘效果。实测数据分析显示:采用该套注水工艺后,采煤机司机处降尘率为65.9%;采煤机下风侧10~15 m处降尘率为62.2%;回风巷20~25 m处降尘率为54.8%,降尘效果显著。工程实践表明,该套注水工艺解决了中硬无烟煤综放工作面煤层注水降尘的难题,可为类似工程条件下的煤层注水提供一定的指导。 In allusion to poor effect problem by medium hard anthracite fully mechanized caving face water injection and dust suppression, on the study of medium hard anthracite permeability rule,adequate assurance better dust suppression effect by some injection technology. The in situ measurement indicates that dust reduction rate of the area around coal cutter driver is 65.9%, that at the place 10~15 m below the coal cutter is 62.2%, and that place 20~25 m in air return roadway is 54.8%. Practical application shows that the injection technology of solved the problem which in medium hard anthracite fully mechanized caving face water injection and dust suppression, could provide certain guiding significance for water injection under similar engineering conditions.
