摘要
为提高潞安宏通洗煤厂安全生产水平,提出了基于PLC的瓦斯监控系统的设计方案,阐述了洗煤厂安装瓦斯监控系统的必要性,该系统通过PLC实现了瓦斯在线监控、风电闭锁和瓦斯电闭锁功能,同时系统能够实现对精煤仓和储煤仓瓦斯浓度现场情况的远程监控,也对数据传输的可靠性等关键技术问题进行了阐述。
In order to improve safe production level of the Lu′ an Hongtong coal washery, it puts forward the design scheme of gas monitoring system based on PLC, and expounds the necessity to install gas monitoring system in coal preparation plant, the system is implemented by PLC gas online monitoring, wind power lockout and gas power lockout, at the same time, the system can realize the remote monitoring of coal warehouse and coal storage bin gas concentration field situation, also on the reliability of data transmission and other key technical problems in detail.
