摘要
设计了一种井下巷道喷雾降尘用的加压水罐,采用力学的分析方法对其结构进行了设计,并通过对水罐壁和支座的校核优化了设计参数,最后利用流体计算软件中的VOF模型对水罐进行了加压数值模拟,确定了最佳的内腔体积与空气压缩比例,大大改进了传统意义的喷雾降尘用的加压水罐设计。
Introduces a type of spray dustfall pressure tank on the mine roadway. The mechanics analysis method is adopted and its structure is designed. The tank wall and support is checked and optimization designed. The water tank is numerical simulation analyzed by the VOF model and the best lumen volume and air compression ratio are determined, which has greatly improved the traditional mobile spray trailer tank.
