摘要
为了研究重力除尘器的内部流场情况,通过重力除尘器模型建立和参数选择,以CFD为理论基础,应用Auto CAD软件进行数学建模和FLUENT前处理GAMBIT软件进行网格划分,运用FLUENT对其内部流场进行数值模拟。通过设定不同的出口负压和入口速度,分析了在外形尺寸一定的条件下,改变出口负压或入口速度的任一条件,煤粉尘在除尘器内部的运动轨迹的影响,从模拟结果得到除尘器内部流场云图和矢量图。根据矢量图的对比得到该模型下的最优的入口速度和出口负压。最后,论证了FLUENT软件对除尘器内部流场模拟的适用性,研究结果对工程应用具有一定的指导意义。
In order to study the internal flow field of gravity settling chamber,?based on the theory of CFD, applies Auto CAD software in mathematical modeling,FLUENT pre-processing software GAMBIT in the grid division, and FLUENT software in the numerical simulation of the internal flow field. By setting different outlet pressure and entrance velocity, under certain conditions in size, if any conditions are changed in the export pressure or entrance velocity, can observe the impact on the trajectory of coal dust inside the dust chamber. Can get the interior flow velocity and pressure vector diagrams from the simulation results. According to the contrast vector to obtain the optimal under this model, the entrance velocity and the outlet negative pressure. Finally demonstrates the applicability of FLUENT software in simulating the inner flow field, and the study results are of certain guiding significance for engineering applications.
