摘要
通过对现有使用的薄煤层采煤机摇臂行星机构紧固方式的分析,从生产、加工、安装、维护等方面进行综合考虑,提出了薄煤层采煤机摇臂行星机构新型的联接方式,彻底解决了薄煤层采煤机摇臂行星机构的松动问题。对薄煤层采煤机摇臂新型行星机构的联接结构作了进一步阐述,对其特点进行了归纳,以期该新型联接方式能得到更好的使用与推广。
Through the fastening method analysis on ranging arm planetary mechanism of the thin coal seam shearer existing, and the comprehensive considerations of the production, processing, installation,maintenance, proposed the fastening method on ranging arm planetary mechanism of the thin coal seam shearer, and solved the loose problem on ranging arm planetary mechanism of the thin coal seam shearer completely. The fastening structure on ranging arm planetary mechanism of the thin coal seam shearer was further elaborated, and its characteristics was summarized, to look forward to the new type fastening method can be better used and promoted.
