摘要
采煤机截割部电动机扭矩轴在采煤机工作过程中起着传递动力,弹性缓冲,过载保护的重要作用,通过在Ansys Workbench中建立采煤机截割部电动机扭矩轴的简化模型,并实现扭矩轴卸荷槽尺寸的参数化,再进行静力学有限元分析,得到受同一扭矩的不同尺寸下扭矩轴卸荷槽所产生的最大剪应力,再将数据进行MATLAB拟合,得到了扭矩轴卸荷槽不同尺寸与卸荷槽最大剪应力的函数关系,为采煤机扭矩轴卸荷槽的参数化设计提供了依据。
Torque shaft plays an important role in power transmission,elastic buffer and overload protection. In the case of different size torque shaft unloading groove suffering the same torque, The maximum shear stress can be gotten by establishing the torque axis model and parameterzing the discharge launder′ s size in Ansys Workbench. The obtained data can be fitted in MATLAB, and the relationship between the discharge launder′ s different size and the maximum concentration stress can be obtained, which provides the foundation for the discharge launder's parametric design of a coal winning machine torque axis
