摘要
以江西棠浦煤矿伪倾斜柔性掩护支架工作面为例,深入分析1995~2009年工作面自然发火经历,得出了柔性掩护支架工作面遗煤规律、漏风规律、蓄热规律。提出了以三相阻化泡沫为主,减少漏风、优化采煤工艺为辅的综合防灭火技术,并指导现场实践,保证了工作面的安全回采。提出的综合防灭火技术,为伪倾斜柔性掩护支架工作面防灭火提供一个很好的借鉴。
Taking false-dip flexible shield working face of Tangpu coal mine in Jiangxi as an example,profound analysis of natural combustion experiences from 1995 ~2009, coming to the law of residual coal,ventilation leakage,thermal storage of false-dip flexible shield working face. Proposing synthetical technique preventing and extinguishing fire, mainly withthree-phase resistance foam, subsidiary role of reducing air leakage and optimizing coal mine technology, and having good effects in instructing work,ensuring the safety mining of working face. And refining comprehensive fire prevention technology,providing a good reference for preventing and extinguishing fire in false-dip flexible shield working face.
