摘要
为充分发挥粉煤灰基胶结材料早强、速凝性能,实现快速留巷,针对新安煤矿3822综采工作面现场条件,开展了快速沿空留巷巷旁充填工艺优化研究。该研究提出了地面机械自动精确配料、粉状物料罐车运输、气力管道输送、加水混合喷射与现场支模灌浆等工艺环节。
To give full play to the fly ash-based cements quick-setting,early strength performance,implement rapid roadside packing and aiming at the field condition of 3822 fully-mechanized face in xin'an coal mine, carried out optimization research of rapid roadside packing technology for gob-side entry retaining. Puts forward process links such as ground mechanical automatic precise ingredients,powder material truck, pneumatic pipeline, water mixed injection with the shuttering grouting.
