摘要
针对陈四楼矿北16采区21603轨道顺槽煤层倾角大,巷道前段坡度达到30°,远远超过了EBZ-160综掘机的最大爬坡能力18°。工作面落煤工艺只能采用炮掘或人工风镐落煤,严重制约了采掘接替,提出综掘机大坡度攀爬施工技术,实现综掘机大坡度攀爬,大大提高掘进效率,缓解了该矿16采区采掘衔接紧张的局面。
Based on Chensilou ore north 16 mining area coal seam dip angle in 21603 orbital gateway,front slope roadway at 30°, far more than the maximum gradeability of EBZ-160 comprehensive tunneling machine 18 °. Working face coal technology can only use cannon dig or artificial pick coal,severely restricted the extractive succeed, machine large slope climbing construction technology is put forward, to realize comprehensive tunneling machine large slope climbing, greatly improve the efficiency of tunneling, ease the strain on the mine 16 mining mining cohesion.
