煤矿10kV链式STATCOM关键技术的研究

针对煤矿地面10kV供电系统,将10kV链式STATCOM应用于电网中。设计了STATCOM的主电路拓扑结构、调制方法,将载波层叠调制方式应用于STATCOM中,不仅可以等效提高IGBT的开关频率,而且输出的谐波含量少。

For the 10kV power supply system of coal mine ground,puts 10 kV cascade STATCOM into the power grid. Design the main circuit topology and modulation method of STATCOM, and apply the carrier cascade modulation method into the STATCOM. It not only improves the IGBT switching frequency equivalent, but also reduces the harmonic content of output.
