斜坡行驶煤炭运输车驱动桥壳有限元分析

摘要 为了解决煤炭运输车驱动桥在斜坡行驶工况下桥壳失效破坏问题,建立驱动桥壳虚拟台架系统模型,将试验过程采集的载荷信息导入虚拟台架系统,完成对煤炭运输车驱动桥在斜坡行驶工况下应力变形规律分析。研究结果表明,煤炭运输车驱动桥壳在斜坡工况行驶过程中应力变形存在着明显分布规律。 In order to solve coal transport vehicle driving axle driving axle housing failure problem in the slope conditions, establishes the drive axle housing virtual bench system model, the experimental process gathering load information into virtual platform system, the completion of the engineering vehicle driving axle driving conditions in the slope stress and deformation analysis. The results show that engineering vehicle drive axle housing on the slope deformation and stress of driving conditions there are obvious in the distribution process.
