摘要
应用ANSYS Workbench仿真软件对采煤机传动部件中的销轨轮进行静强度接触分析,得到销轨轮的应力云图。通过分析可知销轨轮断裂的薄弱环节位于轮齿根部,此处的应力最大,远小于材料的许用应力,为其进一步优化提供了参考。
According to the static strength contact analysis of pin gear based on ANSYS Workbench,the stress cloud of pin gear was obtained. Through the analysis of the weak link of knowable pin rail wheel located in tooth root, consistent with the actual, the maximum stress, far less than the allowable stress of material, which provides the reference for its further optimization.
