矿井降温监控系统的设计与功能实现

摘要 针对矿井集中降温工程生产环节多、工艺联系紧密、工艺复杂的特点,对地面集中降温工程的监控系统进行了研发。应用PLC技术、网络技术、工业控制理论对监控系统的硬件系统和软件系统等关键技术进行了开发与验证,准确地实现了制冷负荷自动调节、辅助设备自动控制、回水温度稳定控制等功能,经应用取得了良好的运行效果。 For mine production processes more centralized cooling engineering,process closely,complex process of sexual characteristics,ground surveillance systems were centralized cooling engineering research and development.Application of PLC technology,network technology,industrial control technology theory of critical hardware and software systems and other monitoring systems were developed and validated,accurate automatic adjustment to achieve the cooling load,auxiliary equipment automatic control,stability control and other functions return water temperature,after the application has achieved good operating results.
