摘要
针对当前芦岭煤矿地压大、底板巷穿层钻孔预抽时间长及穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度偏低的情况,对穿层钻孔二次封孔技术及配套工艺进行研究,确定了适合芦岭煤矿底板穿层钻孔孔群的二次封孔工艺。不同负压条件下二次封孔技术实施后,瓦斯抽采浓度能够提高15%以上,并至少能够维持103d;负压2.5kPa时,二次封孔技术实施后103d内,技术实施前后瓦斯抽采浓度平均提高50%;负压4.5kPa时,二次封孔技术实施后43d内,技术实施前后瓦斯抽采浓度平均提高54%。
Aiming at the problems of high ground pressure,long pre-drainage time of floor roadway cross-measure drilling hole,and low gas extraction concentration of cross-measure drilling hole in Luling coal mine currently,conducted a study on second hole sealing and matching technology to determine the second hole sealing technology suited for floor roadway drilling boreholes group in Luling coal mine.After the implementation of second hole sealing technology in different negative pressures,gas extraction concentration could be raised by more than 15%,and could be maintained for 103 days.When the negative pressure is 2.5kPa,within 103 days of the implementation of second hole sealing technology,the gas extraction concentration is raised by 50% averagely after the technology implementation.When the negative pressure is 4.5kPa,within 43 days of the implementation of second hole sealing technology,the gas extraction concentration is raised by 54% averagely after the technology implementation.
