摘要
为了解决井下密闭墙构筑工程量大、劳动强度高、后期出现裂隙形成漏风通道、引起采空区浮煤自燃等问题,提出了井下密闭墙快速构筑方法;论证了粉煤灰作为骨料充填构筑密闭墙的可行性;实验测试了密闭墙充填材料配比及固化特性,得出了不同配比情况下充填材料的胶凝时间、流动性、抗压强度等,最终确定适于井下密闭墙快速构筑的最佳材料配比。以云冈煤矿8617工作面作为实例,研究了密闭墙快速构筑装备及工艺过程,并检验了密闭墙质量,达到了预期标准。
For downhole closed wall construction of large volume,high labor intensity,the late cracks formed air leakage passage,and cause the goaf float coal spontaneous combustion and other issues,put forward the underground closed wall quick constructing method; Demonstrates the feasibility of fly ash as filling aggregate construct airtight walls; Test the seal material filling ratio and curing characteristics,it is concluded that the different ratio cases,packing material gelation time,fluidity and compressive strength,etc.Eventually determine quickly build the best ratio of material is suitable for downhole closed wall.Finally,in Yungang coal mine 8617 working face as an example,studied the airtight wall fast building equipment and technological process,and verify the quality of closed wall and the desired standard.
