摘要
12128综采工作面为典型的大倾角走向长壁综采工作面,为了研究12128综采工作面ZZ6400/18/38液压支架的适应性,通过现场实测分析了工作面支架阻力分布特征、支架的工作状态、运转特性、稳定性以及支架的适应性。分析结果表明本套支架在C8煤层的开采适应性较好,支架选型能够满足该矿地质条件要求。研究结果可为类似条件下的大倾角走向长壁综采工作面安全回采及支架选型提供参考。
No.12128 fully mechanized coal mining face was a typical fully mechanized longwall mining face along strike in high inclined seam,in order to study the suitability of the ZZ6400/18/38 hydraulic powered support applied in No.12128 fully mechanized coal mining face,the site measurement was applied to analysis the working resistance distribution、support working condition、operation features、stability and suitability of the hydraulic powered support.The analysis results showed that the completed set powered supports could have a good suitability to the No.C8 seam mining and the selection of the powered support could meet the geological condition requirement of the mine.The study results could provide the references to the safety and high efficient mining and the selection of the powered support of the fully mechanized longwall mining face along strike in high inclined seam under the similar conditions.
