摘要
TBM挖掘机滚刀在挖掘过程中起着重要作用,研究滚刀的受力状态有助于优化设计,提升开采效率。对滚刀运动状态进行分析,根据其位置、速度关系得出滚刀运动规律,对滚刀受力状态进行分析。提出滚刀接触应力和破岩力的计算公式,对结果进行调整修正,使其更符合滚刀实际工作情况。经试验验证,滚刀破岩力计算公式与滚刀受力基本吻合,公式能够作为滚刀分析和优化设计的参考。
TBM excavator relies mainly on coal excavation to complete hob,the study of hob force helps to optimize the design and improve mining efficiency.Analyzes the state of hob motion and gets motion law,according to its position and velocity movement,and analyzes hob's stress state.It proposes formula of contact stress and rock breaking force.The results are adjusted to make it more in line with the actual work situation.The test validates that formula of hob rock breaking strength is basically consistent with the hob force,and it can be used as a reference for the analysis and optimization.
