摘要
义忠煤矿属于近距离煤层群开采,矿井实际开采煤层为9#、11#、14#煤层,层间距分别为17、13 m,通过分析选取9#煤层为上保护层开采,可以有效地防治被保护层的煤与瓦斯突出事故。当9#煤层11091工作面进行开采后,11#煤层11111工作面瓦斯渗透系数从原始煤层的0.516m2/MPa2·d增大至8.348 m2/MPa2·d,透气性增大10多倍,最大瓦斯残余含量降为5.859 8 m3/t,防突效果显著,保证了矿井的安全生产。
Yizhong mine belongs to the mining of closed distance coal seam group, No.9, No.11, No.14 coal seam are the actual mining coal seam, their interlayer spacing vary between 17 m and 13 m, based on the analysis No.9 coal seam is selected the upper protective layers, which can effective prevent and control coal and gas outburst accident of protected seam. After 11091 working face of No.9 coal seam is mined, the gas permeability coefficient was increased from 0.516 m2/MPa2·d increases to 8.348 m2/MPa2·d of No.11 coal seam 11111 working face, the permeability is increased more than 10 times, the maximum residual gas content is reduced to 5.859 8 m3/t, the remarkable effect was verified in prevent and control gas outburst, which great ensure the safety production in mine.
