摘要
为了精确控制阀门的开度,提出了基于STC12C5A60S2单片机的硬件控制电路,选用角位移传感器WDD22D对阀门开度进行采集,并有LCD进行显示,键盘进行现场操作,通过输入模块的信号和反馈信号在单片机中进行比较从而由单片机控制压电阀的进出气,实现阀门的开度控制。并且针对气体的可压缩性,难以对阀门实现精确控制的问题提出模糊PID控制算法对压电阀进行控制,仿真实验表明该方法有一定的实用价值。
In order to control the opening of the the valve precisely,hardware control circuit was proposed based on STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller. Using angular displacement sensor WDD22 D to collect the signal,and displayed on the LCD with keyboard-site operation,to control Piezoelectric valve out of gas via input module signal and the feedback signal by the MCU. The valve opening control. And for compressible gas, the problem is difficult to achieve precise control valve proposed fuzzy PID control algorithm to control the piezoelectric valve, To verify the effectives of this method simulation results show that this method has some practical value.
