摘要
为解决构造软煤层的瓦斯治理难题,采用VLD-1000型定向千米钻机在屯兰煤矿和富达煤矿构造软煤层、及其顶板和底板施工定向锯齿、扇状和羽状钻孔进行瓦斯治理试验,进行煤层垂直向钻进增加径向流动,并从顶底板及煤层进行水力压裂增加透气性。结果表明定向千米钻机的成功应用极大地提高了构造软煤层钻孔的成孔率、透气性、瓦斯抽采纯量、百米钻孔抽采量和浓度。定向千米钻机在屯兰煤矿和富达煤矿的成功实践,为构造软煤层瓦斯治理探索出了一种行之有效的办法。
For extracting gas effectively and control gas in mining extreme soft coal seam, the measurement of drilling into coal seam with sufficient sawtooth-like or feather-like branches is applied.The significant effect of directional borehole gas drainage is obtained. The practice in Tunlan and Fuda coal mines has indicated that gas flow rate, specific gas flow rate per 100 m and methane purity are rising significantly by drilling with sufficient sawtooth pattern and feather-like branches.
