摘要
煤矿冻结法施工中蒸发式冷凝器冷却水循环系统均采用人工控制,为了提高系统运行稳定性、节约人力资源,提出了以PLC为控制单元,通过温度传感器检测蓄水箱中冷却水温度自动识别系统运行模式;通过液位传感器检测蓄水箱和蒸发式冷凝器水箱的冷却水液位控制循环泵及水源井补水泵的通断,实现蒸发式冷凝器冷却水系统自动、安全、节能运行。
The cooling water circulation system for evaporative condenser is used manual control in freezing method construction of mine. In order to improve system stability, saving human resources,take PLC as control unit, identity the running mode automatically by detecting the temperature of cooling water, control the pumps by detecting the level of water by liquid level sensor, to make the system automatic running, safety and energy-saving.
