摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺和聚合氯化铝对依兰气化厂附属选煤厂的煤泥水进行药剂制度的优化,试验结果表明:该厂煤泥水极易泥化,粒度偏细。采用无机药剂和有机药剂进行联合絮凝。浓度为66 g/L时,500 m L煤泥水的最佳药剂用量7~10 m L聚合氯化铝、2~3 m L聚丙烯酰胺。添加顺序为先添加无机药剂、后添加有机药剂。
Optimize the medicament system of slime water in Yilan Gasification Plant coal subsidiary by using polyacrylamide(PAM) and polyaluminium chloride(PAC), the results show that: the plant slime water is easily mudding, granularity is partial fine. Use inorganic Pharmacy and organic Pharmacy to carry out joint flocculation. Concentration of 66 g/L, the best medicine amount is 7~10 m L PAC, 2~3 m L PAM of 500 m L slime water.
