摘要
煤炭产品燃烧时需要根据使用方式进行温度控制,以便提高煤炭燃烧效率,煤灰的熔融温度可以起到指导作用。煤灰中存在大量碱性氧化物,对其熔融温度会产生影响,可以通过改变碱性氧化物含量的方式改变熔融温度。分析碱性氧化物对煤灰熔融特性的影响机理,采用实验方式进行探究,绘制碱性氧化物含量与熔融温度变化曲线,给煤炭产品的燃烧温度控制提供参考。
The combustion of coal products need to control temperature based on usage, in order to improve the efficiency of coal combustion, and ash melting temperature can play a guiding role. There are a lot of ash in the alkaline oxides, will have an impact on its melting temperature, and by changing alkaline oxide content can change melting temperature. Analyzes the impact mechanism of alkaline oxide on ash fusion characteristics, using the experimental approach to explore and draw alkaline oxide content and melting temperature curve, to provide a reference to coal products combustion temperature control.
