马鼻炎病毒研究进展

Research Progress of Equine Rhinitis Viruses

在小核糖核酸病毒科的众多成员中,仅有马甲型鼻炎病毒和马乙型鼻炎病毒可以感染马。马群中马鼻炎病毒血清阳性率很高,但对其致病机制知之甚少。本文对目前马鼻炎病毒生物学特性、流行特点、致病机制以及检测技术等方面的研究进展进行了总结,这对于进一步开展该病毒致病机制、检测技术等相关研究具有重要意义。

Of the many members which belong to the family Picornaviridae,only equine rhinitis A virus and equine rhinitis B virus are known to infect horses.The high seroprevalence of equine rhinitis viruses in horse populations contrasts with poor understanding of their contribution to disease.This review examines the current knowledge regarding their distribution,pathogenesis and recent advances in diagnostic methods.
