摘要 糖尿病可引起心、脑、肾、眼等人体重要脏器大血管与微血管的广泛损伤,引起血管内皮功能障碍、动脉粥样硬化,同时破坏内源性血管修复机制,导致严重并发症,如糖尿病肾病、糖尿病心肌病、糖尿病性视网膜病变等。血管钙化在糖尿病患者中广泛存在,同时血管钙化也是预测心脑血管事件发生的重要标志。本文对糖尿病状态下血管钙化的流行病学现状、病变特点及相关因素等做一综述,阐明其主要发生机制和最新进展,为临床预防、延缓甚至逆转血管钙化提供思路。 The macro-vessels and micro-vessels of heart,brain,kidney,eyes and other vital organs are widely damaged in diabetes mellitus. It is shown the vascular endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis,associated with impaired endogenous vascular repair mechanisms lead to serious complications,such as diabetic nephropathy,cardiomyopathy,retinopathy. Vascular calcification widely exists in patients with diabetes,and it is also an important sign of predicting clinical cardiovascular events. In this review,the focus will be on the prevalence,characteristics and related risk factors of vascular calcification in diabetes,clarified main mechanisms and the latest progress which might be of significance to prevent,delay or even reverse the process of vascular calcification.
