Results and Analysis of China National Health Accounts in 2013

目的:核算2013年全国及各地区卫生总费用,分析中国卫生筹资状况及变化趋势。方法:采用来源法和机构法卫生费用核算方法。结果:2013年中国卫生总费用为31 668.95亿元,占GDP比重为5.57%。其中,政府卫生支出比重上升到30.14%,个人卫生支出比重下降到33.88%。结论:2009—2013年,卫生总费用增速明显快于国民经济增长,个人卫生支出比重下降速度趋缓,地方政府卫生支出增速自2012年后明显下降。

Objective:To estimate national and sub-national health accounts in 2013, and analyze health financing and changingtrend in China.Methods:Health expenditure estimation methods by resource and by institution were applied.Results:In 2013, Chi-na total health expenditure(THE) was 3 166.89 billion yuan, accounted 5.57% of GDP. The share of government health expenditureincreased to 30.14%, and the proportion of individual health expenditure declined to 33.88%.Conclusion:Since the medical reform,THE increased much faster than GDP; the proportion of individual health expenditure declined slowly; the growth of local governmenthealth expenditure decreased significantly since 2012.
