摘要
20世纪90年代英国工党在大选中获胜后率先在英国探索实施医疗保障按绩效付费方式。此后,按绩效付费作为一种新兴的医疗保障费用支付方式得到了越来越多国家的关注、认同和效仿,其影响范围也在不断扩大。国内外学术界从影响因素、多维比较、实施效果三个方面对医疗保障按绩效付费方式进行了大量研究。这些研究为进一步全面认识和探讨按绩效付费方式提供了理论基础、方法借鉴和国际经验。
The pay-for-performance of medical security was explored to implement firstly in UK after the Labor Party won theelection in Britain in 1990 s. After that, the pay-for-performance of medical security got more and more focus, identification and imita-tion by many countries and its influencing range kept expanding. The academic world at home and abroad made a lot of studies fromthe three aspects, including influencing factors, multidimensional comparison and practical effects. Those studies contributed to provid-ing the basement of theory, references of methods and international experiences on pay-for-performance so as to comprehensively rec-ognize and discuss pay-for-performance.
