2013年辽源市医保60～64岁住院患者基本药物应用现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Applying Essential Drugs for Inpatients from 60 to 64 Years Old under the Medical Insurance of Liaoyuan in 2013

目的:分析2013年辽源市市医保60~64岁患者的基本药物应用情况,预测未来5年进入65岁以上患者的基本药物费用报销等的风险。方法:导出辽源市医保系统2013年60~64岁住院患者的用药等基本信息,利用Excel 2007对数据进行汇总和分析。结果:2013年辽源市医保60~64岁住院患者使用基本药物金额297.94万元,总药费金额1 833.54万元,基本药物的使用金额比为16.25%。结论:基本药物使用比例有待于进一步提高。

Objective:To analyze the essential drug utilization of patients between 60 and 64 years old under the medical insur-ance of Liaoyuan in 2013, prospect the risks of basic drug expense reimbursement for patients over 65 years old in 5 years.Methods:The basic information of drug use for inpatients between 60 and 64 years old under medical insurance system of Liaoyuan in 2013.Excel 2007 was used to summary and analyze the data.Results:The essential drugs accounted for 16.25% in terms of consumptionsum for inpatients between 60 and 64 years old under medical insurance system of Liaoyuan in 2013.Conclusion:The usage propor-tion of essential drugs remained to be further improved.
