我国省域孕产妇死亡率的空间实证研究

Spatial Analysis of China Province-level Maternal Mortality

目的:探索我国省域孕产妇死亡率的空间分布特征;同时利用空间计量方法,比较不同的社会经济发展因素对孕产妇死亡率的影响。方法:通过计算Moran’s I指数测算省域孕产妇死亡率的空间相关性;并通过空间计量模型对相关变量进行空间面板检验。结果:我国省域孕产妇死亡率具有较强的空间正相关性;空间计量检验结果表明考虑空间交互效应下的地区经济与卫生资源等因素将对孕产妇死亡率产生较大的影响。结论:由于我国省域孕产妇死亡率具有较强的空间正相关性,进一步的提升区域经济发展和医疗服务水平不仅能降低区域内的死亡率水平,同时会促进相邻区域死亡率水平的降低。

Objective:To explore the spatial distribution patterns of province-level prenatal mortality in China; compare the im-pact of different social and economic development factors on maternal mortality.Methods:Determining the spatial correlation of prov-ince-level prenatal mortality based on Moran's I index; using the spatial models for related variables testing.Results:There was astrong positive correlation in province-level prenatal mortality of China; the result of spatial measurement inspection showed that fac-tors of regional economic and health resources under the effects of spatial interaction had great significance on maternal mortality.Conclusion:Because China's provincial-level mortality rate had strong positive spatial autocorrelation, the further promotion of re-gional economic development and the level of medical service could not only reduce the regional mortality level, but also would pro-mote the reduction of adjacent area mortality level.
