摘要
目的:探究我国居民个人卫生支出比重影响因素并对区域进行分类。方法:通过因子分析探究OOP比重的潜在影响因素,以此为据进行区域聚类分析。结果:经济发展、卫生资源和居民状况3个因子解释了OOP比重变异的53.7%,30个省级行政单位据此分成三类。结论:3个因子的综合作用解释了地区间OOP比重差异的原因。
Objective:To explore the out of pocket payment(OOP) influence factors in China and classifying areas.Methods:Fac-tor analysis was used to analyze the potential influencing factors of OOP percentage so as to perform regional cluster analysis.Results:Economic development,health resources and resident status explained 53.7% of OOP percentage changing,30 provincial administra-tion units were divided into 3 categories accordingly.Conclusion:The comprehensive function of 3 factors explained the reason for re-gional OOP proportion differences.
