摘要
目的:对建立以工作量为核心的护理绩效方案的应用实践及经验的探讨。方法:以相对价值比率评估系统为基础,结合护理新型垂直管理模式建立护理人员绩效分配模型。结果:建立了以工作量为核心的护理绩效分配方案,体现护理人员劳动价值。结论:新绩效方案的制定与实施,调动了护理人员的积极性,得到了护理团队的认可,促进了医院的可持续发展。
Objective:To discuss the application practices and experiences of establishing workload centered nursing performanceappraisal scheme.Methods:Based on the resource based relative value scale(RBRVS) evaluation system,nursing staff performancedistribution model was established combing with nursing new vertical management mode.Results:The workload centered nursing per-formance distribution scheme was established,embodying the working value of nursing staffs.Conclusion:The establishment and im-plication of new performance appraisal scheme mobilized the enthusiasm of the nursing staffs,received the recognition of nursinggroup and improved the sustainable development of hospitals.
