Study on the Spatial Differences of Land Use Intensity in the Development Area Based on Entropy-TOPSIS Model

摘要 开发区在促进区域经济发展、城市化水平、城市建设过程中起着重要作用,但是,由于开发区内部产业结构的差异、区位因素不同,导致开发区内部土地的非集约化甚至浪费。根据保定市开发区的区位条件,将其划分为中心区、实验区、东区、西区,从土地利用状况、土地利用市场化程度、土地利用效率和管理绩效4个准则层选取了15项指标因素,运用熵权-TOPSIS模型分析了研究区内土地整体集约水平和内部空间差异性。研究结果表明:保定市开发区土地集约化水平整体较高,但空间差异性显著,中心区、实验区、东区、西区集约化程度依次递减。产业结构的趋同和土地资源的优化配制不合理是导致开发区内部集约化程度不同的主要因素。 Development area plays an important role in promoting regional economic development, urbanization and urban construction. However, due to different internal differences in the industrial structure of the zone, site location factors and internal structure lead to a non-intensive land development zone and even the waste of resources. Baoding Development Zone was divided into the central, experimental, Eastern and Western areas in accordance with their geographic conditions. Fifteen indicators were selected on the basis of four criteria such as the land use situation, the extent of land use, land-use efficiency and management performance. The entropy-TOPSIS model was applied to analyze the overall study area of land and space intensive level differences. The results showed that Baoding development areas were characteristic of highly intensive land use and significant spatial difference. Specifically, the degrees of intensity decreased as central area > experimental area > Eastern area > Western area. The convergence of industrial structure and irrationality of land resources mainly lead to the different intensity of the internal parts of development zone.
