长期有机肥与氮肥配施对潮土有机碳和有机氮组分的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Long Term Combination Application of Organic Manure and Nitrogen Fertilizer on Organic Carbon and Organic Nitrogen Forms of Fluvo-Aquic Soil

摘要 以进行7年的小麦-玉米轮作农田有机肥与氮肥配施田间定位试验为基础,采用Bremner法测定有机氮组分,研究长期有机肥与氮肥配施对潮土0~30 cm土壤有机碳、全氮和有机氮组分的影响。结果表明:相比不施用有机肥,施有机肥22.5 t hm-2和30 t hm-2显著的提高了土壤有机碳、全氮,但有机肥7.5 t hm-2和15 t hm-2对土壤有机碳、有机氮的提高不显著。施用有机肥对有机氮各组分均有极显著影响,而施氮量180 kg hm-2,225 kg hm-2和270 kg hm-2对土壤全氮以及有机氮各组分的影响不显著,有机肥与氮肥配施仅对酸解氨态氮、氨基酸氮有显著影响。从潮土中有机氮组分上来看,酸解未知氮】氨基酸氮】酸解氨态氮】氨基糖氮。有机碳与全氮、酸解氨态氮、氨基糖氮、非酸解氮有极显著相关性,全氮与酸解氮、酸解氨态氮、非酸解氮有极显著相关性,与氨基糖氮有显著相关性。 Based on a long-term experiment of combination application of organic manure and nitrogen fertilizer for 7years, a study of effects of long term combination application of organic manure and nitrogen fertilizer on Fluvo-aquic soil(0-30 cm) using Bremner method was investigated. The results showed that, the application of organic fertilizer by22.5 t hm-2and 30 t hm-2increased the soil organic carbon, total nitrogen significantly, and that by 7.5 t hm-2and15 t hm-2was significant to organic nitrogen forms rather than soil organic carbon and total nitrogen,. Moreover, the application of nitrogen fertilizer by 180 kg hm-2, 225 kg hm-2and 270 kg hm-2had a significant impact only on ammonium nitrogen(AN) and amino acid nitrogen(AAN). The results of the organic nitrogen forms of Fluvo-aquic soil showed hydrolysis unknown nitrogen(HUN) > amino acid nitrogen(AAN) > ammonium nitrogen(AN) > amino sugar nitrogen(ASN). Total nitrogen(TN), ammonium nitrogen(AN), amino sugar nitrogen(ASN) and the unhydrolysable nitrogen(UN) were significantly correlated with organic carbon. Total acid hydrolysis nitrogen(THN), ammonium nitrogen(AN) and the unhydrolysable nitrogen(UN) were significantly correlated with total nitrogen(TN). And the amino sugar nitrogen(ASN) was significantly correlated with total nitrogen(TN).
