温室番茄对水肥耦合的光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数响应 被引量:17

Greenhouse Tomato Response to the Coupling of Water and Fertilizer on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters

摘要 在河西走廊灌漠土日光温室滴灌施肥条件下,采用水肥双因素完全随机区组设计,研究了温室番茄对水肥耦合的光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数响应。结果表明:在番茄结果期,采用W2F1处理的番茄,田间持水率达75%~90%,氮、磷、钾肥以理论施肥水平N 400 kg hm-2+P2O5350 kg hm-2+K300 kg hm-2时,植株的光合速率最高可达到CO228.52μmol m-2s-1,明显高于其他处理;同时水分、肥料的交互作用对番茄产量的影响达显著水平,各处理产量的高低顺序为W2F1】W2F2】W1F1】W1F2】W2F3】W1F3】W3F1】W3F2】W3F3。在番茄的结果前期、中期和末期,番茄叶片Fo和Fv的变化因不同生长阶段所需养份不同而呈现出不同的变化;以处理W2F2的Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值最高,Fv/Fm分别为0.73、0.80和0.83,Fv/Fo值分别为2.66、3.97和4.84。 Under the greenhous e fertigation conditions of irrigated desert soil in Hexi Corridor, based on the completely random block design of two-factor of water and fertilizer, this study examined the responses of photosynthetic characteristics of greenhouse tomato to coupling of this two factors and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. The results showed that: in the fruiting period, field water retention rates of tomato with the treatment W2F1 was in range of 75% to 90%. As the theoretical level of 400 kg hm-2(nitrogen) + P2O5350 kg hm-2(phosphorus) +K300 kg hm-2(potassium), the maximum plant photosynthetic rate could reach to 28.52 μmol CO2m-2s-1that was significantly higher than other treatments; At the same time, the interaction effects of water, fertilizer on tomato yield reached to the significant level, with a yield order for each treatment as W2F1 > W2F2 > W1F1 > W1F2 > W2F3 >W1F3 > W3F1 > W3F2 > W3F3. In the stages of early, medium and late of tomato fruitage, the Fo and Fv of tomato leaf were different due to different nutrients requirements in different growth stages, meanwhile, the highest Fv / Fm and Fv / Fo were in the treatment of W2F2, showing in the stages of early, medium and late, Fv / Fm was 0.73,0.80 and 0.83, Fv / Fo was 2.66, 3.97 and 4.84, respectively.
