摘要 越来越多的证据显示先天免疫系统也存在免疫记忆能力。2011年,荷兰内梅亨大学的Netea等提出'受训免疫'的概念,以描述能响应继发感染的先天免疫记忆反应。他们建立了'受训免疫'的体外模型,即用白色念珠菌的β葡聚糖诱导人的单核细胞,7 d后细胞能产生针对多种感染源(LPS等)的非特异性保护作用,表现为TNF-a、IL-6等细胞因子表达上调,其形成机制可能与染色质表观修饰变化有关。最近,Netea教授和他的研究团队发现,由mT OR和HIF-1α介导的有氧糖酵解是受训免疫的代谢基础,
