A discussion about Christian bioethics from the perspective of cultural war

文化战争的基督教传统和世俗传统有着长期的纠缠和论争,极大地影响了生命伦理学关注的诸多方面。世俗生命伦理学抽去了人们有关生命伦理决策的终极道德意义,导致一系列伦理失范,而基督教传统在维系生命伦理和保证道德命令的终极性方面意义重大。

The long-lasting dispute between the Christian traditions and secular traditions of cultural war has greatly influ-enced bioethics. This paper argues that secular bioethics results in a decline of ethic erosion while Christian plays abig role in maintaining bioethics and moral orders.
